King's Highway

April 23 - (Midland, TX)We will begin our day with a tour of the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum, the nation's largest museum dedicated to the petroleum industry and its pioneers. Then a peek inside the childhood of our 43rd President at his boyhood home. After lunch at the aviation-themed Michael's Charcoal Grill, we will enjoy a tour of the Confections Candy Factory, GuinnessTM World Record-Holder for making the largest piece of toffee!

May 21 - (Amarillo, TX) On our way to Amarillo we will stop in Canyon at the Creek House Honey Farm for a 'bee to bottle' tour! There will be a honey tasting and a tour of the farm. Before lunch at Coyote Bluff Café, we will visit the unusual Jack Sisemore RV Museum and the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame. Before leaving town, we plan to visit a few of the quirky sights of the area too.

The cost is $70 per person for EACH day trip and includes transportation, all activities, and lunch. Each day trip will leave at 8:00am from the WalMart east parking lot (Quaker & Loop 289). Call or email the office to sign up and payment is due at the bus the day of the trip.
