Step out of the ordinary and into a day full of creativity, flavor, and discovery! Join us on a one-of-a-kind day trip where hands-on fun meets behind-the-scenes access.

First, we will get our hands a little dirty and design a mini terrarium to take home at Little Red Nursery, Southern Living magazine’s top 10 garden centers in Texas!

After lunch at Johnny Fab’s Cadillac Grill, we head to English Newsom Cellars for wine tasting and a tour of their facility, where their wine is made from grapes grown in their vineyards, and the wine doesn’t leave the property during fermentation, aging, or bottling.

The fun doesn’t end there!  We will break into two groups and visit Day Break Coffee Roasters to see advanced roasting techniques and technology that enhance coffee quality at every stage, and Mano Negra Brewing Co. and Sangria House, Lubbock’s first latin-owned nano brewery. Daniel will share his story and there will be time to sample some of his hand-crafted beers and sangrias.

We will meet at the east side parking lot of WalMart (4215 S. Loop 289) at 8:20 am and depart at 8:40 am.

The cost is $120 per person and includes your transportation, lunch, and all activities. Payment (cash or check) will be taken at the bus the day of the trip.
