Our annual Christmas trip to Branson is the best way to get into the holiday spirit!
We begin the trip on Sunday, leaving after lunch and traveling to Clinton, OK to spend the night. The next day we continue our journey toward Branson, and after checking into our hotel (Savannah House with cobbler and ice cream each night!) and dinner we will enjoy Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee in their Urban Cowboy Reunion Show.
Tuesday we will enjoy 50 Years of the Kenny Rogers Tribute Show, then after lunch we will spend the afternoon with the always popular Daniel O’Donnell! Our last show of the day will be the Haygoods, a talented family of 5 brothers and one sister performing with over 20 different instruments. Before heading to the hotel, we will drive through Branson’s Gift of Lights to end our evening.
After our deluxe breakfast Wednesday, we will spend a little time shopping before going to the Showboat Branson Belle Lunch Cruise! We will cruise the beautiful waters of Table Rock Lake, take in the fall foliage of the surrounding Ozarks, savor a three-course meal while enjoying the some of the best musical entertainment of Branson. That afternoon we head to the Sight and Sound Theater to see “Samson”, and then end the evening with SIX, featuring six brothers described as “an orchestra of human voices”.
We begin our last day in Branson with the very funny Russian comedian Yakov Smirnoff in his “Make America Laugh Again” show. He retired two years ago, but is back for limited show dates in 2018. We will depart Branson after his show and eat lunch on our way to Tulsa, OK to spend the night.
